QSMART delivers a comprehensive and structured electronic survey tool that can be distributed to an organisations’ customers, employees or business partners depending on the business function being reviewed. Respondent’s receive, complete and return the survey using a PC. Completed surveys are returned to the organisation where they can be quickly and accurately analysed and reported upon.

By providing a generic survey interface, the QMSART solution can be tailored to suit any specific application. Tailoring of a survey normally includes refining the survey questions, defining specific answer formats, threading the questions to generate a cohesive structure and the weighting of questions to represent a business priority model.

Once the format and questions have been finalised the system utilises a powerful interactive electronic survey tool to deliver the questions across the Internet, (on-line or download) via an e-mail attachment or diskette. Respondees complete the survey on their PC and return the resulting encrypted output file to the survey administrator where it is imported into a repository database. Survey results are then collated and analysed against the defined business priority model.
