Euro QSMART is based on a powerful electronic survey and
analysis tool that has been tailored to gather crucial
information regarding the impact and environmental awareness
of Euro throughout an organisation. By the controlled
and managed deployment of Euro focused, electronic questionnaires,
Euro QSMART is able to quickly and efficiently produce
business metrics on the magnitude, business impact and
location of specific Euro issues. Having completed and
processed an initial Euro survey of an organisation's
environment, Euro QSMART can then be redeployed to monitor
progress and awareness through to a point of accepted
Euro readiness.
The
Euro QSMART solution can be tailored to meet the demands
of different business cultures, environments and industry
demands such as internal, customer or supplier readiness.
Survey data is also run against an organisational defined
business priority model that can help identify areas
of key importance to the company.

-
Survey Creation
- Euro QSMART is provided with a full, generic Euro
survey.
- The survey sponsor can prepare specific questions
for inclusion in the survey. At this stage the objectives
and the target respondees are finalised.
- When the final survey structure is confirmed the
questions are entered into electronic format and the
survey is tailored to meet the requirements of the
sponsoring organisation. The final survey is then
compiled as an INQ file for deployment to potential
respondents.
-
Optional
Business Priority Model
- Depending on the style of survey a Business Priority
Model is set.
- Each survey section and individual question is weighted
to represent its importance in the overall survey.
-
Survey
Deployment
- The survey INQ file is combined with the survey
engine for deployment. (1Mb file size)
- The survey is deployed to potential respondents
via:
-
An
e-mail attachment. Files are attached to an e-mail
and mailed out. Respondents run and complete the
survey on their local PC.
-
A
web/Intranet server download. Files are uploaded
to a web/Intranet server, respondents download the
files from the server, run and complete the survey
on their local PC.
-
A
web/Intranet server application. Files are uploaded
to a web/Intranet server, respondents access the
survey from the survey and complete the survey on-line.
No download is required.
-
A
Floppy disk or hardcopy. Used where a user does
not have access to the Internet or a PC.
-
Survey
Compilation / return
- Completed survey can be saved, changed and finished
by respondents in their own time.
- Surveys are completed and an encrypted IRQ output
file is created that contains the completed results.
Respondents can remain anonymous if required.
- The output file is either deposited into a server
directory or automatically e-mailed back to the survey
sponsor for processing. v. Survey Processing
- The survey sponsor uses the Euro QSMART Pump software
to enter the results of a completed survey into a
survey database. The Euro QSMART pump can be operated
either manually or via automation depending on requirements.
- Multiple output files can be batch processed as
required.
- Any defined business model can be loaded into the
database.
-
Results
generation and reporting
- Reports can be generated directly from the survey
database.
- Reports can be generated from the survey database
against the business priority model.

upon.
